doth appeare the said Thomas Davis haveing absented
himselfe from Justice not to be found the writt being
returned non est Invts: yor: peticioner whereupon Saith by
Thomas Kendall his attorney that he is dampnified & hath
Losse to the vallue of one thousand pounds of tobacco the bill
being due to be paid in Ao: one thousand Six hundred Sixty
three therefore yor: petr: Craveth writt of attachment for the
said one thousand pounds of tobacco with Cost of Suite & as in

This bill bindeth me Thomas Davis my heires executors: and
admrs to pay or Cause to be paid unto Thomas Ryding or his
Assignes the full & Just some of thirteene hundred pounds
of good Large bright tobacco well sorted with Caske to Containe
eight hundred of the above mentioned Summe
the same ^ to be paid the twentieth of october next insueing
the Date hereof & five hundred the twentieth of october which
Shall be in the year of our Lord one thousand Six hundred
Sixty foure as wittnes my hand the thirteenth of July
