vers: in a plea that he render foure hundred
Robt Dorman deft pounds of tobacco in Caske
Sommersett Ss
Capias being issued forth agst: Robt Dorman to answer
Edmund Beauchamp the assigne of Thomas Walley &
returned non est Invents: ~ ~ ~ ~
Whereupon the said Edmund Beauchamp saith that there is due
unto him by assignemt: foure hundred pounds of tobacco & not
satisfied the said Beauchamp being Dampnified for want of
his tobacco the said Robt Dorman absent brings his Suite Craving
writt of Attachment upon the Creditts of the said Dorman &c.
The plt: appears & makes his debt appeare Long Since due
the Deft: being Called three times appeares not neither by himselfe
nor attorney whereupon the Cort: orders a writt of Attachmen upon
the goods Chattles & Creditts of Robt Dorman with Cost of Suite
ffor the summe of foure hundred pounds of tob for the use of y sd: Beauchamp
