Late Servant of mr: Henry Smith of Manoakin in the
County of Somersett in the Province of Maryland am holden
& firmly bound by these presents in the summe of
Six thousand pounds of good Sound Marchantable tobacco
& Caske to be paid to the abovesaid Henry Smith his
executors: administrators: or assignes at or upon the tenth
day of December next comeing to which paymt: well &
truly to be made I binde my Selfe my heires executors: &
administrators: by these presents signed with my hand &
