61 administrators: forever & the said Hopkins for
himselfe his heires or assignes & all & every other
person or persons that Shall Lay claime to the said
part or parcell of Land doth by these presents Cleare
& Defend the said Lun his heires & assignes for ever
in manner & forme as ffolloweth that is to say that
he the said Hopkins at the time of the insealing & delivery
of the presents is & untill a good pure & perfect & absolute
estate of inheritance of three hundred acres of all power y
part & parcell invested to the said Lun or his assignes -
& the said Hopkins is & for ever is bound to keepe cleare
& Defend y said Lun his heires or assignes from all
molestacon of any Claime of the said Land & in wittnes
