Knowe All men by these presents that William Hopkins
doe make Sell & Sett over to Edward Lun a parcell of Land
being Scituated Lyeing & being adjoyned to A parcell
of Land called Damned quarter & is Called by the name
of Golden quarter being in the County of Sommersett
in the Province of Maryland & now or Late in the -------
or occupacon of the said Hopkins or of his Assigne or
assignes & y reversion or reversions remainer or
remainders of all & Singuler of the pattents & Conveyances
formerly made by the said Lun to y sd: Hopkins or of
any part or parcell of the said Land & alsoe all the
estate right & title interest use possession property
Claime & Demand whatsoever of him the said Hopkins
in or to the same & all Deedes Writings evidences Charters
transcripts & minuments whatsoever touching or Con-
serning the premisses To have & to hold the premisses
here by Granted & Sold to y said Lun or his heires
executors: admrs or assignes to the onely pper use
& behoofe of the said Lun & his heires executors
administrators:
