of the river of Severne Annearundle doe Constitute
& ordaine my trusty & well beloved frind Richard
Whittey to be my Lawfull Attorney for me &
in my name to make an absolute and firme
Conveyance of A parcell of Land Containing three
hundred acres to Edward Lun called Golden quarter
& formerly Sold by the said Lun to me the said
Hopkins And now sold by me the said Hopkins
to the said Lun againe, & Doe by these presents
give unto my Said Attorney as ffull power and
