46 bargaine allienate & Sell unto him the said Joseph
Downing his heires & assignes forever all that the
said Devident or tract of Land soe to me allienated
& Sold by Daniell hast aforesaid, with all the proffitts
privilidges pattents writings Commodities and
hereditaments to the Same belonging or in any wise
appertaining; To have and to hold the said Devident
or tract of Land with all & every the appurtenances
to him the sd: Joseph Downing his heires executors:
admrs & assignes for ever to the onely use & behoofe
of him his heires & assignes forever, to be holden of
the said Lord Proprietary for & under the rents &
Services by the said originall recited pattent reserved
And I the said Richard Stevens the said Devident
or tract of Land with the appurtenances before by
these presents bargained & Sold unto him the said
Joseph Downing Doe for ever freely accquitt &
Dischardge the Same of & from all & all manner
of former & other, bargaines, grantes Sales, forfeitures
Joyntures Dowries, Surrenders & of & from all
other titles incumbrances, Claimes & demands of
me mine heires executors: admrs: or assignes Claim
ing from by or under me the said Richard Stevens
