Side of Cuttomantico beginning at a markt tree deviding it
from the Land of mr: John Winder thence running northerly
for bredth one hundred & fifty Poles to a markt tree from
thence running northwest for Length three hundred & twenty
pole to a markt tree from thence running southwest the bredth
of one hundred & fifty pole to a markt tree with a Line drawne
Southeast to the first bounder Containaing & Laid out for
three hundred acres more or Lesse Together with all rights
Profitts & bennefitts thereunto belonging royall mines
excepted To have & to hold the same to him the said
Daniell Hast his heires & assignes for ever; for & under
the rents reservacons & Services thereunto reserved as by
the said recited pattent recourse thereunto had more fully
& more at Lardge it doth & may appeare now Know

for A valuable Consideracon in hand paid by Joseph Downing
of Wiccocomoco in Virga: plantor: the receipt whereof I doe
hereby Acknowledge & every part & parcell thereof
doe heareby fully & absolutely acquitt & dischardge the Sd:
Joseph Downing his heires executors: admrs & assignes
