33 Scituate Lying & being on the east Side of Chesepeack bay
on the southermost Side of Wiccocomoco river in the County
of Sommersett in the province of Maryland aforesaid
beginning for Length att the mouth of A Creeke called the
thorowfare & from thence running up alongst the sound
or bay Side of the southermost pointe of the river aforesaid
to the mouth of A Creeke Called Balls Creeke, And from thence
running up the westermost side of the said Creeke fifty
perches bounded on the south with a Line drawne paralell
to the sound or bay from the end of the former Line till it
come to the Creeke Called the thorowfare Together wih
all Libertie and priviledges in as ample manner as it to
him the said Ball granted by Patentt from the Rt: hon:ble
Caecilius Lord Proprietary of Maryland bearing date the
twentith day of July Ao: Do: 1668 To have and to hold the
said Land with the appurtenances & every part & parcell
thereof unto him the said Allerton his heires & assignes
for ever; And the said Thomas Ball doth by these pr:sts:
for himself his heires executors: & admrs & to & for every
& either of them, Covenante, promise, Grant & aggree
to & with the said Isaac Allerton his heires executors &
admrs: that the said Land & every part thereof, now is,
& from time to time & att all times after Shall bee &
remayne free & Cleare & freely & Clearly acquitted &
discharged from all & all manner of Joyntures Dowers
