(22 To All whome these presents Shall come Greeting &c know
you that I Phillip Berre of the County of Sommersett planter
for A valuable Consideracon allready recd: before the signing
and Sealing hereof Doe hereby bargaine and make Sale of
A dun gray mare about Sixteene monthes old unto George
Loone of the County aforesaid planter; To have and to
hold use receive and injoye the said mare for ever unto the
said George Loone, his heires or assignes freely peaceably
quietly without any manner of reclaime Challenge or
Contradiccon of me the said Phillip Berre my heires excutors
or assignes or of any other person or persons; by my meanes
title or procurement to any manner of wise and without
any accompt reckoning or answer therefore to me or any in
my name to be given renderd or done in time to come, but
from all accon of right title Claime Interest use possession
& demand therefore, I the said Phillip Berre my heires
executors: & admrs the good Sale of the Said mare for ever
with all her Increase forever; unto the aforesaid George
Loone his heires and assignes for ever Shall warrant and
defend by these presents I wittnes whereof I have here unto
Sett my hand & Seale this twentie Six day of July one
