188 The said Richard Ackworth Saying that he desires his
Service but from the twelve day of november last
untill seaven yeares be expired; Allthough the Lads
joining years according to Act of Assembly requires more?
but he the said Ackworth Saith he promised that he
Shoulld serve no Longer time ; / ; ~ ~ ~ ~
Whereupon this Cort: orders that the said Servant
John Warner doe Serve the said Richard Ackworth
or his assignes from the twelve day of november
last past untill Seaven yeares be fully Compleated
