189 rate of seaven pounds y tun with other Losses &
Inconveniences by the unlawfull retaining
seasings & takeing and y & disposeing of the said
hogshead of tobacco, Therefore yor: pet:r humbly -
Cravith Justice with that restauracon mentioned
in an Act of Assembly made & provided for that
very offence haveing peticioned such A Juditious
honnest & solomon like Bench & cannot at all doubt
of A right determinacon in Soe easy & plaine a Case
yor: peticioner & as in Duty bound Shall pray yor:
most humble Devoted & most obedient servant in all
Lawfull matters whiles I am ~ ~ ~

Jacob Cheltingham George Lane & Elizabeth Winged
were Sworne upon the request of the plaintiff
William ffurnis upon the request of the defendant

Jutifuled An Act imposeing A penalty on all Such
who Shall dispose of tobacco Seized & recd: by the Sherrif
