The peticon of John Williams & Robt Houlston
Sheweth That yor: pet:rs are possest of each of them A devident
of Land at Pocomoke river and since the Line was run
betweene Maryland & Virginia no person demands
any rent; but yor: Petrs: being informed that some
ill Disposed persons has Informed my Lord that yor:
petrs: deny to pay my Lords rent wch: is utterly false
for here wee tender & declare that we are now ready &
Shall at all times be ready to pay all dues to my Lord
or any of his officers appoynted to Collect his dues
yor: petrs: therefore humbly Craveth that this peticon
may be recorded as a manifestacon of truth And
yor: Petrs: Shall Pray
