The humble peticon of John Avery
Humbly sheweth
That yor: petitioners wife made A bargain with
Mary Barnebe to Schoole her Chilldren one summer
and for Consideracon yor: peticioner was to have one
two year old heifer; which before was formerly
delivered to yor: peticioner; your peticioner let
the said heifer run at the house of the Sd: Barnebe
untill She had A Calfe yor: peticioner went to fetch
the heifer home when She had Calved, And Edward
Jones refused to Let yor: peticioner have his heifer
without an order of Cort: yor: peticioner therefore
Craves order of Cort: for his heifer & Calfe; And
yor: peticionr: as in Duty bound Shall Shall
