176 The Cort: orders that for the present he be dissmist
paying ffees ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The Cort: orders the goods Seized and in the
Constables hands be delivered to the said Charles
Rattleife & Thomas Osborne ~ ~ ~
John Pike appeares againe before the board & Saith
that he Cannot finde Security being bound to his
good behaviour but proffereth to be bound in A bond
of twenty pounds Sterling money of England; And
Whereupon the Said John Pike doth in open Cort:
Acknowledge himselfe to Stand indebted to the Rt:
hon:ble the Lord Proprietary & to his heires Lords
& Proprietarys in the full & just Summe of
twenty pounds Sterling money of England to be
paid to the Said Lord Proprietary & to his heires
Lords & Proprietaryes or Certaine Attorney, All
wayes provided that if the said John Pike doe well
truely & faithfully keep his Lopps: peace & not
in any wise misbehave himselfe but observe &
obey the Lawes established; then this Acknowledgemt
to be void & of none effect otherwise to Stand in full
force power and virtue ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
