168 or Lesse To have and to hold the same to him the said
Thomas Poole and unto his heires and assignes for ever
for and under such rents Covenants Limitacons and
exceptions as in and by the said Deed of Grant recourse
being there unto had more at Lardge it may and doth
appeare; And whereas the said Thomas Poole and
Elizabeth his wife haveing allienated and Sold by Con
veyance Signed Sealed and Acknowledged in open Cort:
in this County Cort: of Sommersett bearing date the
thirtieth day of March in the eight and thirtieth year
of his Lopps: Dominion over this Province ADo: 1669
A part of the said parcell of Land unto James Davis of
the County and Province aforesaidd plantor and to his -
heires and assignes forever Called (Davisses change)
bounded as ffoll vizt beginning at A marked white
oke upon the Damne Side and soe running Southeast
along the branch Side upon the same Line to a marked
Gumme and from thence to A marked pine and from
thence running easterly to a marked pine and from
thence running northerly to the Damnes Side; Containing
by estimacon two hundred acres more or Lesse of
that parcell of Land Soe granted unto Thomas Poole
as aforesaid Now this Indenture wittnesseth
