169 That the abovesaid Thomas Poole and Elizabeth his wife for
A valuable Consideracon in hand paid by the said Henry
Smith before the ensealing and delivery hereof whereof and
wherewith the said Thomas Poole and Elizabeth his wife
doth acknowledge themselves to be fully and wholy Satisfied
and paid and doth of and for every part and parcell thereof
acquitt and dischardge the said Henry Smith his heires
executors and administrators: by these presents hath
given granted bargained Sold feofed & Confirmed And doe
by these presents fully and absolutely give grant allienate
bargaine Sell enfeofe and Confirm unto the said Henry
Smith and to his heires and assignes forever, A part of
the said parcell of Land now called Smiths Chance this
being the remainder of the aforesaid parcell of Land granted
to the said Thomas Poole; Lyeing and being betweene
the said parcell of Land Sold to James Davis and the marked
poplar and Lines devideing it from the Land of Richard
Davis mentioned in the aforesaid recited Deed of Grant
Containing by estimacon one hundred acres more
or Lesse; together with all rights proffitts privilideges;
benefitts, Comodities and hereditaments to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining; To have
