624 MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

that Debt as by the Record and Process thereof in the said County Court To
Witt at Cambridge Town in the County afsd being more fully appeareth And
Whereas afterward To Witt the Third Day of May Anno Dom: Seventeen
Hundred twenty and five at Cambridge Town in Dorchester County afsd
the same Francis out of the afsd County Court the same Court then at Cam-
bridge Town Aforesd being had Prosecuted against the Afs" Charles Ungle a
Certain Writt of the said Lord Propry that now is of a Capias ad Satisfaci-
endum bearing Date the Thirteenth Day of March Anno Dom: Seventeen
Hundred twenty and four to the Coroners of Dorchester County afd Directed
by which said Writt unto the Same Coroners of the Afsd County it was Com-
manded that they should Take the Afsa Charles Ungle if he should be found
within their Bailywick and him safe keep so that they should have his body
before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court to be held at the afsd
Town of Cambridge the second Tuesday of June then next following to
Satisfie Unto the same Francis as well of the Debt aforesaid of Eight Thou-
sand and thirty pounds of Tobacco which the afsd Francis in the Same Court
there Did recover Agt him As of the afsd four Hundred forty and One Pounds
of Tobacco which unto the same Francis in the same Court there were
Adjudged for his Costs and Damages which he had Sustained by occasion of
the Detention of that Debt, the afsd Debt Costs and Damages on the afsd third
day of May and for Severall months Afterward being of the Value of the afsd
Eighty lour pounds fourteen Shillings and two Pence Siciling money of
Great Brittain To Witt at Dorchester County afsd, Whereof he was Convict
Which said Writt the Same Francis Afterward and before the return of the
same Writt To Witt the Sixth Day of May Anno Dom: Seventeen Hundred
Twenty and five at Cambridge in Dorchester County Afsd Unto the Aforesd
Richard Willis and a Certain John Robinson lately Deced then and there
Coroners of the Afsd County of Dorchester being Did Deliver in Due form
of Law to be Executed by Virtue of Which said Writt the afsd Richard Willis
Afterward and before the return of the same Writt To Witt the Day
of June in the Year of Our Lord God Seventeen Hundred Twenty and five
at Cambridge in Dorchester County afsd (the same Richard then and there
being one [823] Of the Coroners of the Afsd County) the afsd Charles Ungle
Did Take and Arrest And him the said Charles Ungle in his Custody then
and there held and Imprisoned in Execution for the Debt Cost and Dam-
ages afsd, And the afsd Charles Ungle in the Custody of the afsa Richard
Willis then one of the Coroners of Dorchesf County aforesa in form afsd
being the same Richard Willis Afterward To Witt the Day of June
Anno Dom: Seventeen Hundred twenty and five at Cambridge in the County
afsd the aforesd Cha: Ungle in his Custody in form afsd being from the Cus-
tody of him the said Richard Willis then and there being one of the Coro-
ners of the said County at Large where he would to go without the Licence
and Against the will of the said Francis did permitt the same Francis of the
