ernour and his Lordships Honourable Council the Second Friday of July
being the Eleventh day of the Same Month Annoque Domini 1729.
Present: His Excellency the Governour; The Honrble Edwd Henry Calvert
Esqr; Wm Holland Esqr; John Hall Esqr; Philemon Lloyd Esqr; Richd Tilgh-
man Esqr; Mathew Tilghman Ward Esqr; John Rousby Esqr; Benja Tasker
Esqr; Philip Lee Esqr; Colo John Ryder, of the Honrble Council.

It being Certifyed by His Lordships Honrble Councel that Colo John
Ryder one of the Said Councel had taken the Severall oaths to the Govern-
ment according to Law Whereupon John Rousby Esqr and Philip Lee Esqr
two of the Said Councel together with the Said John Ryder took the Oath
of Justice according to the Direction of the Act of Assembly

Richard Francis Gent on taking the Severall oaths to the Governmt as
Established by Law on his Application is Admitted an Attry of his Court on

his taking the Oath of Attorney according to the Directions of the Act of

Assembly
