Genl in the full and just Sum of Nine Hundred and Ninety five Pounds and
Ten Shillings Current money of the Province of Maryland to be Paid to the
said Michael his Exrs Admrs and Assigns To the which Payment well and
truly to be made We hereby bind Our Selves and Each of Us Our and Each
of our Heirs Exrs admrs and Assigns And Every of them joyntly and Severally
by these Presents Sealed with Our Seals And Dated the twenty first Day of
May Anno Dom: 1729
Whereas a Certain Thomas Brooke of Prince Georges County Esqr Did
Obtain a judgment in the Provinciall Court of the Above said Province of
Maryland Against the Above Named Michl Macnemara Son and Heir of
Thomas Macnemara Esqr his late father Deced for the Sum of four Hundred
Ninety Seven Pounds and fifteen Shillings Current Money of Maryland as
also for the Sum of One thousand four Hundred and Ninety nine Pounds of
Tobacco on Which said judgment the said Michael brought a writt of Error
returnable to the High Court of Appeals of the Said Province Upon the
Argument Whereof the said Court of Appeals Affirmed the judgment So as
aforesd rendered in favour of the said Thomas Brooke And Whereas the said
Michael hath Prayed an Appeale from the said judgment of Affirmance So
rendered by the Said High Court of Appeals as Aforesd to his Majesty in
Council which is Accordingly Granted Now the Condition of the above
obligation is Such that if the Aforesaid Thomas Brooke his Heirs Exrs Admrs
or Assigns or Either of them do and Shall Pursuant to his late Majesties In-
structions [818] For that Purpose make Ample restitution to the said Michll
Macnemara his Exre admrs or assigns of all that the said Michael Macnemara
shall lose by means of Such judgment in Case Upon the Determination of
the said Appeale to his said Majestic in Council Such judgment shall be re-
versed and Restitution Awarded to the said Michll Macnemara That then
the above Obligation to be Void Else to be and remain in full force and
Virtue in Law

Which bond is Ordered to be Delivered Up to the said Michael Macne-
mara as his Property. The said Michl Macnemara Prays Entry be made that
he gives Notice to the Said Thomas Brooke his Attorney in Open Court
that he Purposes to Prosecute his said Appeale before his Majestic in Council
forthwith
