[720] The Court adjourns to the Second Tuesday of September next.

At a Court held Before his Excellency the Governour and his Lordships
Honourable Councel for hearing Appeales and Writts of Error held in the
Councel Chamber at the Port of Annapolis on the Second tuesday of Septem-
ber being the thirteenth day of the Same Month Anno Domini 1726
Present: His Excellency Charles Calvert Esqr Governour; The Honourable
Colo Thomas Addison; Benjamine Tasker Esqr and Philip Lee Esqr.

There being Nothing before this Court but a Petition of Messrs Dulany
and Jennings the Consideration thereof is referred till Next Court

The Court adjourns to the fourth Tuesday of October next

The Court adjourns till to Morrow Morning nine of the Clock.
Wednesday October the 26th 1726 The Court meet according to adjourn-
ment

Present: His Excellency the Governour; The Honourable Wm Holland Esqr;
Thos Addison Esqr; Philemon Lloyd Esqr; Colo Richd Tilghman; Benjamine
Tasker Esqr.

On reading the Petition of Mess™ Dulany and Jennings thu[r]sday or-
dered that Summons Issue to Summons Patrick Sympson as an [721] Evi-
dence to attend here by ten of the Clock before noon to Morrow

The Court adjourns till to Morrow Morning Eighth aclock.

Thursday October the 27th 1726. The Court meet according to adjournm1
Present as Yesterday.

This day upon hearing the Complaint of Mess™ Daniel Dulany and Ed-
mond Jennings The following Entry was ordered to be made on the Minutes

and Scpcratcly to be Endorst on the petitions of Cockey, Cordon and Rogers.

Upon the Complaint of Messrs Dulany and Jennings that they are un-
justly accused of haveing Charged fees to the within Petitioners in the Ap-
peales mentioned in the Petition and of refusing to give him any Service or
Assistance in the Cause and their Motion to have the facts Examined and
Inquired into that they may not lye under any Imputation of haveing Re-
ceived fees and denying to Serve their Clients This Court conceiving it rea-
sonable to grant their Motion and having accordingly Examined into the
premisses and the allegations afd to be false, And that the fees were not
