Nineteenth Day of October Last whereof he is Convict as also the Sum of
Eight hundred and Eleven pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suit Hereof fail not
at your Peril and have you then there this Writt Wittness Thomas [719]

There being an Execution for the Same Debt agt Thomas Cockey and
Robert Gordon the Satisfation for one will Suffice for for [sic] the rest the
Costs being to be Severally Satisfyed. and Note this Debt Was for the Pay-
ment of Bills of Exchange and that the PIP on receipt of the Sume Justly Due
to him for his Principal Debt Damages Interest and Cost will release what
remains of the Penalty if any. Th Bordley

MARYLAND ss. [the Provl Seale of Maryland Stampt.] Charles Abso-
lute Lord and Proprietor of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord
Baron of Baltemore etc. To the Sherr of Annll County Greeting We Com-
mand you that you take Robert Gordon of the City of Annapolis Esqr als
diet. Robert Gordon of Annll County if Shall be found in your Bailywick
and him Safe keep So that you have his Body before the Justices of our Provl
Court to be held at Annapolis the third Tuesday of October Next to Satisfie
unto Thomas Bordley Esqr one of the Attorneys Practising in our Provl
Court as well the Sum of fourteen hundred and forty Pounds Sterling a
Certain Debt recovered Agt him before the Justices of our Said Provl Court
on the 19th Day of October Last whereof he is Convict as also the Sume of
Eight hundred and Twenty five Pounds of Tobacco Costs of Suite. Hereof
fail not fail not [sic] at your Peril and have you then there this Writt Witt-
ness Thomas Addisson Esqr Chief Justice of our Said Court the 2ist Day of
