42o MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

upon any of them or any part or parcell thereof and all and Singular bene-
fitts and Priviledges Commodities and Advantages Whatsoever to the Said
Thousand and fifty Acres of Land belonging or in any wise appurtaining And
all the Estate Right Title possession property Claim or Demand whatsoever
to the Same premisses of the Said Robert and Frances his wife their Heirs
Exra and Admrs and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remain-
ders of all and Singular the before hereby granted or Intended to be hereby
granted premisses with their and every of their Rights Members Jurisdic-
tions and Appurtenances To have and to hold the Said One Thousand and
fifty Acres of Land Plantations and premisses with their and every of their
Appurtenances to him the Said Robert Grundy his heirs and Assigns To the
only proper use and behoof of the Said Robert Grundy his Heirs and As-
signs for Ever And the Said Robert Ungle and Frances his Wife for them-
Selves their Heirs Exrs Admrs and every of them doth Covenant grant and
agree to and with the Said Robert Grundy his Heirs and Assigns by these
presents in name and form following that is to Say that it Shall and may be
Lawfull to and for the Said Robert Grundy his heirs and Assigns from time
to Time and at all Times hereafter lawfully peaceably and Quietly to have
hold use Occupy and Possess and Enjoy the Said bargained premisses with
the appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof and have receive and
Take the Rents Issues profitts thereof to his and their Own proper use and
behoof for Ever without any manner of Lawfull other Lett Barr Molestation
Expulsion or hinderance Whatsoever of them the Said Robert Ungle and
Frances his Wife their heirs Exra or Admts or any other person or persons
Whatsoever Claiming any Estate right Title or Interest of in or unto the Said
Thousand [623] and Fifty Acres of Land by from or under them the Said
Robert Ungle and Frances his Wife their Heirs Exrs or Admrs And that the
Bargained premisses with the Appurtenances and Every part thereof Shall

remain Continue and be unto him the Said Robert Grundy and his heirs

and Assigns free and Clear and freely and Clearly Acquitted Exonerated and
Discharged or Otherwise from to Time and at all times for Ever hereafter
Well and Sufficiently Saved Defended and keept harmless by the Said Robert
Ungle and Frances his Wife their Heirs Exrs Admrs of and from all former
and other Grants Bargains Sales uses Rents Joyntures Dowers and especially
the Dower of the Said Frances and of and from all Singular other Titles
Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had made Suffered or assented to be
Done by them the Said Robert Ungle and Frances his wife their heirs Exrs
Admrs and Assigns or any other person or persons whatsoever by from or
under him them or any of them and the Said Robert Ungle and Frances his
Wife for themselves their Heirs Exrs and Admrs and every of them Doth
Covenant to and with the Said Robert Grundy his Heirs and Assigns in man-
ner and form following that is to Say that the Said Robert Ungle and Frances
