Lordships Court of Appeals and Errors here that in the Record and Process
aforesaid as also that in rendering the Judgment aforesaid Manifest Error
hath been Committed Therefore it is Considered that the Judgment afore-
said for the Errors aforesaid above Assigned be Revoked annulled and alto-
gether held for none and that he the Said Edmond Benson Lessee aforesaid
to all things which by Occasion of the Judgment aforesaid hath lost be
restored.

Referred by the approbation of the Court and Consent of both parties
to Col Richard Tilgham Col Mathew Tilghman Ward and Benjamin Tasker
Esqr Arbitrators appointed to Audite the Accounts and Arbitrate [588] and
Determine the matters in Dispute and that the Determination of them or
any two of them be Decisive in as full and Ample manner as if the Same
were within the Statute of the 9th and ioth of Will™ Capt 15th and that both
parties release all Errors for want of it's being within the purveiu of that
Statute
