whereupon the said William Stone Sayth that neither in the Record and
process afd nor in the matters therein Contained nor in rendring the Judg
ment afd it is in any wise Erred and likewise pray that his Ldships said Court
of Appeales and Errors here proceed to the Examination as well of the record
and process afa as of the matters above for Errors Assigned and that the Judg-
ment afd in every thing may be Affirmed. But because his said Ldships Court
of Appeales and Errors here of rendring their Judgment of and upon the
premisses are not as yet Advised day thereof is given to the parties afd before
his Ldships Governour and Councill afd from the first Tuesday in May Anno
Domi Seventeen hundred and twenty three at the City of Annapolis afd untill
the third Tuesday in July next being the Sixteenth day of the same month
Anno Domi Seventeen hundred and twenty three to hear their Judgmt of
and upon the premisses for that his said Lordships Court of Appeales and
Errors here thereof are not as yet Advised.
Att which said third Tuesday of July last mentioned before his said
Ldships Governour and Councill afd Sitting as a Court of Appeales and Errors
at the City afd Comes as well the Said Thomas Bordley who for the said Lord
the King prosecuteth as the said William Stone by his Attorney ar1
And whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the said Court no-
where (to witt on the Eighteenth day of July in the term aP) being seen and
fully understood and Diligently Examined and Inspected and mature de-
liberation being thereupon had it appears to his said Ldships Court of Ap-
peales and Errors now here that in the Record and process afd as also in the
rendring the Judgmt afd that it is manifestly Erred It is Considered that
the Judgment afd rendred in the provinciall Court against the said Lord the
[575] King for the Errors afd above Assigned be revoaked Annulled and
altogether held for none And that the said Lord the King to all things he
by the Judgment afo" hath lost be restored

MARYLAND ss* At a Provinciall Court held at the City of Annapolis in
the County of Annarundell for the Province of Maryland on the Second
Tuesday in April being the tenth day of the same month in the Seventh
