parties to Coll^o Richard Tilghman Coll^o Matthew Tilghman Ward and Ben-
jamin Tasker Esq^r Arbitrators appointed to Audite the Accounts and Arbi-
trate and Determine the matters in Dispute and that the Determination of
them or any two of them be decisive in as full and ample manner as if the
same were within the [552] Statute of^l and that both parties release
all Errors for want of it being within the purview of that Statute.

to his said Lordships Governour and Councill of the Province af^d Sitting as
a Court of Appeales and Errors the following Record on an Appeale made
by Phillemon Lloyd Esq^r (at whose request the following Action was
brought) from the said Provincial Court The tenor of which follows in
these words Viz^t:

the County of Annarundell for the Province of Maryland on the 2^d tuesday
in April being the tenth day of the same month in the Seventh year of the
Dominion of the Right Hon^b!e Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietor of the
Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore etc: Annoque
Domi 1722.
