parties to Collo Richard Tilghman Collo Matthew Tilghman Ward and Ben-
jamin Tasker Esqr Arbitrators appointed to Audite the Accounts and Arbi-
trate and Determine the matters in Dispute and that the Determination of
them or any two of them be decisive in as full and ample manner as if the
same were within the [552] Statute ofl and that both parties release
all Errors for want of it being within the purview of that Statute.

Domi 1722.
