mised Last February from which Dismissall your Petitioner appealed to this
Honble Court and gave Security for persecution of the same in twelve or
fourteen hundred pounds Sterling [549] That the said Powlson is dead as it
is Very Credibly reported

this Court he having undertaken the said Causes for his Clients on no Other
Condition. The aforegoing Nine Causes Stand Continued untill next Court.

Present: His Excellency Charles Calvert Esqr Governour; the HonMe Coll0
Samuel Young; Collo Richard Tilghman; Benjamin Tasker Esqr, of his
Ldships Honble Councill.

The Adjourns untill to morrow morning Eight of the Clock. Wednes-
day July the i7th 1723. The Court meet according to Adjournment.
