Appeales and Errors at the City of Annapolis af^d Comes as well the said
Ariana Frisby Ex^r* af^d by her Attorney af^d as the af^d John Snow by his Attor-
ney af^d But because his L^dships Court of Appeales and Errors now here of
there Judgm^t of and upon the premisses to render are not as yet Advised
further day is given as well to the said Ariana Frisby Ex" af^d as the af^d John
Snow from the said third day of April at the City of Annapolis af^d untill the
third tuesday in July next Anno Domi: Seventeen hundred and twenty two
to hear there Judgm^t of and upon the Premisses for that his said L^aships
Court of Appeales and Errors here thereof are not as yet advised.

At which said third tuesday of July af^d being the Seventeenth day of
the same month Anno Domi: Seventeen hundred and twenty two before
his L^dships Gov^rn and Councill af^d Sitting as a Court of Appeales and Errors
at the City of Annapolis af^d Comes as well the said Ariana Frisby Ex^ri af^d
by her Attorney af^d as the af^d John Snow by his Attorney af^d But because his
L^dships said Court of Appeales and Errors now here of there Judgm^t of and
upon the premisses to render are not as yet advised further day is given as
well to the said Ariana Frisby Ex^rl af^d as the afs^d John Snow from the Seven-
teenth day of July Anno Domi Seventeen hundred and twenty two at the
City of Annapolis af^d untill the first tuesday in May being the Seventh day
of the same month then next Anno Domi Seventeen hundred and twenty
three to here their Judgm^t of and upon the premisses for that His said L^dships
Court of Appeales and Errors here thereof are not as yet advised

At which said seventh day of May last mentioned Before his L^dships
Governour and Councill af^d sitting as a Court of Appeales [530] and Errors
at the City afs^d Comes as well the said Ariana Frisby Ex^ri aP by her Attorney
af^t as the said John Snow by his Attorney af^a.

And whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the said Court now
here being seen and fully understood and deligently Examined and inspected
and mature Deliberation being thereupon had It appears to his said L^dships
Court of Appeale and Errors now here that in the Record and process afs^d as
also in rendring the Judgm^t afs^d that it is manifestly Erred It is Considered
that the Judgm^t afs^d rendred in the Prov^ll Court against the said James Frisby
for the Errors afd. above Assigned be revoaked Annulled and altogether held
for none And that the afs^d Ariana Frisby Ex^rl afs^d to all things the said James
Frisby deceased by the Judgm^t af^d hath lost be restored And that the said John
Snow take nothing by his Writt afs^d but that he from prosecuting his Writt
of Err^rs be precluded etc.

And further it is Considered by the Court here the same day and year
that the said Ariana Frisby Ex^rz afs^d recover against the same John Snow
the sum of pounds of Tobacco to the said Ariana by the said Court
here Adjudged for her Costs and Charges by her upon the Prosecution of
the said Writt of Error laid out and Expended and that the said Ariana have
thereof her Execution etc.
