af^d for the Errors af^d and others in the Record and process af^d being may be
reversed Annulled and altogether held for none and that she to all things
that the said James hath lost thereby may be restored etc: And that the said
John Snow to the Errors afs^d rejoyn and that his L^dships Court of Appeals
and Errors here will proceed to the Examination as well of the Record and
process afs^d as of the matters afs^d above for Errors Assigned. And the af^d
John Snow sayth that neither in the Record and process af^d nor in the mat-
ters therein Contained nor in rendring the Judgm^t afs^d it is in any wise Erred
and likewise prays that his said Lships Court of Appeales and Errors here
proceed to the Examination as well of the Record and process af^d as of the
matters above for Errors Assigned and that the Judgm^t afs^d in everything may
be Affirmed.

But because his L^dships Court of Appeales and Errors here of rendring
their Judgm^t of and upon the premisses are not as yet advised day is thereof
given to the parties af^d before [528] his L^dships Governour and Councill af^a
untill the third tuesday of October then next Anno Domi: Seventeen hun-
dred and twenty One.

At which said day before his L^aships Gov^rn and Councill af^d Sitting as
a Court of Appeales and Errors at the City of Annapolis af^d Comes as well
the said Ariana Frisby Ex^r* af^d by her Attorney af^d as the said John Snow by
his Attorney a£^t But because his L^aships said Court of Appeales and Errors
now here of their Judgm^t of and upon the premisses to render are not as yet
advised further day is given as well to the said Ariana Frisby Ex^rx af^d as the
af^d John Snow from the said third tuesday of Octo^r at the City of Annapolis
af^d untill the first friday of November then next being the third day of the
same month Anno Domi Seventeen hundred and twenty one to hear their
Judgm^t of and upon the premisses for that his Lordships Court of Appeales
and Errors here thereof are not as yet Advised.

At which said first friday of November being the third day of the same
mouth before his L^aships Gov n and Councill af^ll sitting as a Court of Ap-
peales and Errors at the City of Annapolis af^d Comes as well the said Ariana
Frisby by her Attorney af^d as the af^d John Snow by his Attorney af^d But be-
cause his L^dships said Court of Appeales and Errors now here of their
Judgm^t of and upon the premisses to render are not as yet advised further
