Whereupon this Cause Stands Continued untill next Court At which
said Court (to wit) the nineth day of October Anno Domi 1719 Comes as
well the said Complt and Def( by their Councill afsa and thereupon Ruld
Peremtory hearing Next Court on Bill and Answer or the Bill to be then
dismist with Costs. And thereupon this Cause stands Continued untill next
Court (to Wit) the nth day of April Anno Domi 1720 Comes as well the
said Nath" Hynson Gaurd" of Nath!t Hynson son of John Hynson Complt by
Thomas Bordley Esqr his Councill as also John Ward DeP by Mr Daniel
Dulany his Councill and the Cause having been Ordered for hearing this
Court on the bill and Answer afa by Consent of both Parties.
Thereupon all and Singular the Allegations on both Sides being heard
fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had It is by the Judge
here this Eleventh day of April afd Ordered Adjudged Sentenced and Decreed
that for as much as it Seems to the Judge here that the Land mentioned in
the Compl'8 Bill called Martinson Appears to be Contained within the
bounds of the Land called the Worlds End and Triangle and for that the
said Land called [501] Martinson has Laid near fifty Years Unpatented which
Seems to have been a Declining of the persons right thereto who took it up
and the same person being an Alien and therefore not in a Capacity of hold-
ing the said Land without being Naturalized which is no ways made Appear.
Therefore Decreed that the said Land called. Martinson be the right and
Estate of the Complt and that the said Complt pay unto the DeP the Consid-
eration and Charge by him paid in Escheating the said Land. But that the
Deft pay unto the Complt the Cost by him Expended in this Suit and that
the Injunction for to Stope the Proceedings at Law be perpetual.
Whereupon Daniel Dulany Attrny for the Deft prays An Appeale from
this Decree to the President and Councill which is granted upon giveing
Security According to Law DanM Dulany and Thomas Larkin Securitys and
Ordered to give Bond in Common form in three hundred Pounds Sterling.

Thereupon this Cause stands Continued untill the Second friday of
October Anno Domi 1720 being the fourteenth day of the same month at
which fourteenth day of October comes as well the said Appeal' by his Atfny
afsd and Likewise the Appeallee by Thomas Bordley his Atfny appeared And
because his Ldships sd Court of Appeales here of their Judgmt of and upon the
premisses to render is not yet advised day thereupon given to the said Parties
before his said Lordships Court of Appeales from the sd fourteenth day of
October untill the twentyth day of April next Anno Domi Seventeen hun-
dred and twenty one At which said twentyth day of April Ann Domi Seven-
teen hundred and twenty [502] One before his Laships said Court of Ap-
peales at Annapolis Came the said John Ward by his Atfny as also the said
