of the said Deced appraised in Money and the same so made do Exhibit or
cause to be Exhibitted into the Office for probat of Wills etc: at or before the
nineth day of August now next ensuing and the said goods Chatties and
Credits do well and truely Adm^r Viz^t: do pay the Debts of the said deced
which he did owe at the time of his decease so farr forth as the said goods
Chatties and Credits will extend to and the Law will Charge and pay and
Satisfie all Just fees due and Oweing to the Commissary Gen^ll and further
do make or cause to be made a True and Perfect account of and upon his
said Adm^rtion in twelve months from the day of his Admittance to such
Adm^rtion and Such part or Portion of the said Goods as shall be found re-
maining upon the said Accounts [453] Examined and adjusted by the Judge
appointed for the time being for Probatt of Wills etc: do distribute and dis-
pose as by the s^d Judge shall be limitted and appointed and lastly do at all
and every time or times hereafter clearly acquit discharge and save harmless
his said L^dship his Judges and all other his Officers and Ministers from all
Persons having or pretending to have any R^t title or Interest of in and to the
said goods Chatties and Creditts that then this Present Obligation to be void
and of no Effect otherwise to stand remaine and be in full force power and
vertue in Law.

Which being read and heard the said Thomas Lingan by Michael Juni-
fer his Attorney comes and defends the force and Injury when etc. and prays
leave to Imparle hereunto untill next Court and he hath it and the same day
is given to the s^d Thomas Bordley Esq^r his L^dships Atfny Gen^ll who for his
Lordship prosecuteth Likewise.

At which said next Court to witt the ig⁰¹ day of Octob^r Anno Domi:
17 \9 Comes again as well the said Thomas Bordley Esq^r who etc. as the said
Thomas Lingan by his Attorney afs^d and the s^d Tho^s Lingan by his said
Attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereunto untill next Court and he
hath it and the same day is given the said Thomas Bordley Esq^r who etc: also.

At which said next Court to witt the 12^th day of April Anno Domi 1720
comes againe as well the said Thomas Bordley Esq^r who etc. as the said
Thomas Lingan by his Attorney afs^d and the said Thomas Lingan by his said
Atfny prays further leave to Imparle hereunto untill next Court and he
hath it and the same day is given to the said Thomas Bordley Esq^r who
etc. Also.

At which said next Court to wit the 2O^th day of Sep^r Anno Domi 1720
comes again as Well the said Thomas Bordley Esq^r who etc: as the said
Thomas Lingan by his Atfny afs^d and the said Thomas Lingan by his said
Attorney saith that the afs^d Tho^s Bordley Esq^r Attorney Gen^ll as afs^d the
Action afs^d against him to have Ought not because he saith that he the said
Thomas Lingan hath made a True and perfect Inventory of all and Singular
the goods Chatties [454] and Credits of the said Edward Boteler deced ap-
praised in money amounting to the sum of three hundred Sixty two pounds
