290 MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

Chatties and Creditts will extend to and the Law will Charge and pay and
Satisfie all just fees due and Oweing to the Commissary Genll and further do
make or Cause to be made a true and perfect Account of and upon his said
Administration within twelve months from the day of his Admittance to
such Admr on and such part or portion of the said goods as [443] Shall be
found remaining upon the said Accounts Examined and Adjusted by the
Judge for the time being for probat of Wills etc: do Distribute and Dispose
as by the said Judge shall be Limitted and appointed And lastly do at all
and every time or times hearafter Clearly acquit discharge and save harm-
less his said Lordship his Judges and all other his Officers and Ministers from
all persons having or pretending to have any right Title or Interest of in and
to the said Goods Chatties and Creditts That then this present Obligation to
be Void and of No Effect. Otherwise to Stand remaine and be in full force
power and Vertue in Law.

Which being read and heard the said Thomas Cockshutt by Michael
Junifer his Attorney conies and Defends the force and Injury when etc: and
prays leave to Imparle hereunto till next Court and he hath it and the same
Day is given to the said Thomas Bordley Esqr his Lordships Attorney Genll
who for his Ldship Prosecuteth likewise

Att which said next Court to Witt the 13th day of October Anno Domi.

1719 Comes again as well the said Thomas Bordley Esqr Who etc: as the said
Thomas Cockshutt by his Attorney afsd and the said Thomas Cockshutt by his
said Attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereunto untill next Court
and he hath it and the same Day is given to the said Thomas Bordley Esqr
who etc. also.

At which said next Court to wit the 12th day of April Anno Domi: 1720
Comes again as well the said Thomas Bordley Esqr who etc: as the said
Thomas Cockshutt by his Attorney afsd and the said Thomas Cockshutt by
his said Attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereunto untill next Court
and he hath it and the same day is given to the said Thomas Bordley Esqr
who etc: also.

At which said next Court to wit the 20th day of September Anno Domi:

1720 Comes again as well the said Thomas Bordley Esqr who etc: as the said
Thomas Cockshutt by his Attorney afsd and the Said Thomas Cockshutt by
his said Attorney saith that the afsd Thomas Bordley Esqr Attorney Genll
as afsd the Action afsd against him to have Ought not because he saith that the
sd [444] Thomas Lingan in the Condition afsd mentioned hath made a true
and perfect Inventory of all and Singular the Goods Chatties and Credits
of the said Edward Boteler deced appraised in Money amounting to the sum
of three hundred and Sixty two pounds one Shilling and five pence and the
same so made hath Exhibitted into the Office for Probat of Wills etc: on the
Nineth day of August next ensuing the date of the sd Writeing Obligatory at
Annarundell County which said Inventory is a Just and true Inventory of all
