288 MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

Jonathan Forward v Gilbert Powlson Writt Error. Ordered that the Tran-
script in this Cause be received any day this Week as filed this day And Or-
dered that Scire facias ad audiendum Errores issue. The above Nine Causes
except Hoskins agt Causeens Lessee are all Continued till next Court.
The Court adjourned till the twenty first day of July thereafter

MARYLAND ss At a Court held Before his Excellency the Governour
and his Lordships Honourable Council for hearing Appeals and Writts of
Errors held in the Councel Chamber in the port of Annapolis on the third
Friday of July being the twenty first day of the Same Month Anno Dni
1721.

Present: His Excellency Charles Calvert Esquire Governour; [440] The
Honourable Col William Holland; Col Thomas Addison; Col Richard
Tilghman; Col Mathew Tilghman Ward; James Bowles Esqr; Henry Lowe
Esqr.

[D D] John Ward v [TB] Nathaniel Hynson, Proshen Amy Nathaniel Hynson

Daniel Dulany of Councel for the Appealant prays that the Appealee
may be ordered to give in An Answer to his petition and Appeale in Writing
according to the prayer of the petition before there be a hearing in the Cause.
Thereupon it is ordered that the Appealee Exhibit an Answer in Writing
to the petition Within Six Weeks next after the adjournment of this Court.

The Court adjourn till to Morrow Morning.

Saturday July the 22d Anno 1721 The Court meet according to adjourn-
ment present as Yesterday The Court adjourn till Munday Morning. Mun-
day 24th July 1721 The Court meet according to adjournment Present as on
Saturday. The Court adjourn till tuesday morning. Tuesday 25th July 1721
The Court Meet according to adjournment Present as Yesterday. The Court
adjourns till Wednesday morning. Wednesday 26th July 1721 The Court
meet according to adjournment Present as Yesterday. The Court adjournes
till thursday of Morning.

Thursday 27th July the Court meet according to adjournment.
