284 MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

[TM, TB] Thomas Ennalls Esqr v [WB,] Wm Dorrington and Richd Hooper
MARYLAND ss: Tho: Ennalls Esqr by Tho: Bordley his Attorney de-
mands against Wm Dorrington of Dorchester County Planter and Richard
Hooper of the same County Planter all that [434] Tract or parcell of Land

railed Chifton Containing two hundred Acres One other tract or Devidend of

Land called Hogg hole on the head of Jenkins Creek also part of one other
tract of Land called Chifton all Scituate lying and being in Dorchester
County on the South side of Great Choptank River and on a Creek called
Jenkins Creek butted and bounded as followeth Begining at a marked Oak
Standing on the East side of the said Creek and being the second bounded
tree of the said Land Called Clifts running North and by East down the said
Creek bounded with the said Land thirty perches to a marked Beach stand-
ing by the mouth of a Cove called Indian Cabbin Cove and from the said
Beach up the said Cove and run bounded theere with East and by North
Sixty perches to a marked Oak standing near the head of the said Indian
Cabin Cove and run by the Roadside that leads from the Woodyard planta-
tion to Govert Lockermans and from the said Oak East two hundred and
Sixty perches and from thence South and by West thirty perches untill it in-
tersects the Land called Chifton and from thence bounded with the said
Chifton West three hundred per5, to the Second bounded tree of hogg hole
and from thence North to the first begining Oak Containing Three hundred
and twenty Acres of Land be the same more or Less wth the Appurtenances
in Dorchester County as his Right and Inheritance and into which the said
Wm Dorrington and Richard Hooper have not Entry unless Since the Des-
seisin which Hugh Hunt thereof unjustly and without Judgment made to
the afsaid Thomas Ennalls within, thirty years now last past etc.

And the afsd Wm Dorrington and Richard Hooper by Wm Bladen Esqr
their Attorney Come and Defend their Right when etc. and Call thereupon
to Warranty Moses Adney who is present here in Court in his proper person
and freely Warrants unto the said Richard Hooper and Wm Dorrington the
Lands and Premisses afsaid with the Appurtenances etc: And thereupon the
said Thomas Ennalls Prays [435] against the afsd Moses Adney Tennt per his
Warranty afsd the Lands and premisses afsd with the Appurtenances afsd in
form afsd etc: whereupon he saith that he was Seized of the Lands and prem-
isses with the Appurtenances in his Demesne as of fee and Right in time of
peace in the time of the Late SoVn Lady Ann Queen of Great Brittain etc:
takeing thereof the Esplees to the Value etc: and in which etc: thereof he
brings the Suit etc: And the afsd Moses Adney Tennt by his Warrty afsd De-
fends his Right when etc. And Saith that the afsd Hugh Hunt hath not Des-
seised the afsd Thomas Ennalls of the Lands and Premisses with the appur-
