tenances as the afsd Thos Ennalls by his Writt and declaration afsd above
Supposed And of this he puts himself upon the Country

And the afsd Thomas Ennalls prays Liberty thereof to Imparle and he
hath it etc: and afterwards the same Thos Ennalls Comes here again into
Court this same term by his Attorney afsd and the afsd Moses Adney altho
Solemnly Called comes not again but departed in Contempt of the Court
and made default.

But for that the said Justices as yet are not advised of their Rendering
their Judgment of and upon the premisses Day thereof is given as Well to
the said Thos Ennalls Esqr as to the said Wm Dorrington and Richard Hooper
untill next Court to hear thereof their Judgment for that the said Justices
as yet are not etc.

At which said next Court to witt the 13th day of September Anno Domi:

1715 came again as Well the said Thos Ennalls Esqr by his Attorney afsd as
the said Wm Dorrington and Richard Hooper by their Attorney afsd But for
that the said Justices as yet are not Advised of the rendering their Judgment
of and upon the Premisses Day thereof is Given as Well to the said Tho8
Ennalls Esqr as to the said Wm Dorrington and Richard Hooper to hear
thereof their Judgment untill next Court for that the said Justices as yet
are not etc.
[436] At which said next Court to witt the first day of May Annoque Domi:

1716 Came again as well the said Thomas Ennalls Esqr by his Attorney afsd
as the said Wm Dorrington and Richard Hooper by their Attorney afsd and
Whereupon all and Singular the Premisses being by the Court here seen
heard and fully understood and Mature Deliberation being thereupon had.

Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the Day and year last
mentioned that the afsd Thos Ennalls Recover his Seiseen against the afsd
Wm Dorrington and Richd Hooper of the Lands and Premisses afsd with the
Appurtenances and that the same Wm Dorrington and Richard Hooper have
of the Land of the afsd Moses Adney to the value etc: And the same Moses
Adney in Mercy etc: And thereupon the said Thomas Ennalls prays to have
the Writt of the Lord Propry to be directed to the Sherriff of the County afsd
to make him a full Seiseen of the Land and Premisses afsd with the appur-
tenances and it is Granted him returnable the Second Tuesday in September

Afterwards to witt on the Same fourth thursday of September being the
twenty Second day of the Same Month Anno Domini one thousand Seven
hundred and twenty in the Same Writt Mentioned Comes hereinto Court
the aforesaid William Dorrington and Richard Hooper by Thomas Larkin
their Attorney and pray that the usual time of Six Weeks from the end
of the Said Court might be allowed them to file their Errors to the Said Judg-
