which said Morrow to witt on the first day of May 1716 the Councill met
again according to Adjournmt his Excellency the Governour being indis-
posed and absent as Yesterday Were.

again — according to Adjournment his Excellency the Governour being in-
disposed and absent as Yesterday were.

Be it Remembred That here to fore to witt the Twenty ninth Day of
October anno Doni one thousand Seven Hundred and fourteen Came in to
Court Wm Fitzredmund Lessee of Charles Carroll Esqr by Thomas Macne-
mara his attorney and Exhibitted to the Court here his certain Record of
appeal from a Judgmt of the Provinciall Court which Record follows in
