Be it Remembred That here to fore to witt the Twenty ninth Day of
October anno Doni one thousand Seven Hundred and fourteen Came in to
Court W^m Fitzredmund Lessee of Charles Carroll Esq^r by Thomas Macne-
mara his attorney and Exhibitted to the Court here his certain Record of
