nothing Erred and prays the Cort will Examine the same and the sd Tho
Bordley also Afterwards to witt the Tenth day of March aforesaid Anno
Dni 1714o the Record and Process aforesaid with the Judgment thereupon
rendred as also the aforesaid causes by the aforesaid Grace and Danl Admrs
as afd for Errors Assigned and alledged being read heard dilligently Exam-
ined and by the Cort here fully understood and that in the record thereof
it is in nothing Vitious or defective and that therein there is no Error,
Therefore it is Considered by the Court here the day and Year last
mentiond that the Judgment of the Provinciall Court aforesaid in all things
be Affirmed and stand and remain in full Strength and Effect notwithstand-
ing the causes aforesaid for Error Assigned and Alledged, And it is further
Considered that Mandam[u]s Issue to the Justices of the Provinciall Court
to proceed on behalf of our Sovereign Lord King George etc.
The Court Adjourns to the first Tuesday in May next and thence by
severall Adjournmts to the 13th July Th Jones Clr
