196 MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

to Examination of the Record and process afd, and the said Thos Bordley
likewise

And now here at this day to witt the day and Year last above mentioned
all and singular the Record process and proceedings of the Provinciall Court
aforesaid with the Errors aforesaid Assigned being read heard and by the
Court here fully understood and duly considered, and for that it appeareth
to the Court here that the Injunction heretofore obtaind in the same cause
is dissolved Thereupon it is considerd by the Court here the day and Year
aforesaid that the Judgment of the Provl Court aforesaid for the Errors in the
record process and proceedings thereon being be reversed annulld and al-
togeather held for none.

This cause standing for hearing this tenth day of March Annoque Dmi
1714; comes Thomas Macnemara Esqr especially Assigned and appointed to
defend the Errors Assigned on behalf of our Sovereign Lord King George
that now is and Suggesteth that our late Sovereign Lady Queen Anne of
glorious memory is deceasd) as alsoe the said Walter Storey and Michaell
Martin Executors of Ann Llynes's who was Executrix of Phillip Llynes Esqr
deceasd by Thomas Bordley and Wornell Hunt their Attey" afd alsoe And the
aforesaid Thomas Macnemara Esqr for us especially appointed as afd saith
that neither in the record and process of the Provinciall Court aforesaid
nor in the rendring of Judgment thereupon it is in any thing thereof Erred
and of this he prays the Court of our Lord the King here will proceed to
examine and enquire etc. and and [sic] the said Executors by their sd Attor-
neyes likewise

And now here at this day to witt the tenth day of March aforesaid the
Record process and proceedings of the Provinciall Court aforesaid and all
and Singular the premises being read heard and by the Court here fully un-
derstood and maturely deliberated

Therefore it is considered by the Court the day and Year aforesaid that
the Judgment of the provinciall Court aforesaid for the Errors i[n] the record
process and proceedings thereupon [being] be reversd. Annulld and held
for nought,

[302] Mitchells Ad™ v Maj*

This cause standing for hearing this tenth day of March Anno Dmi
1714-5 comes as well Thomas Macnemara Esqr Especially appointed to
defend the matters aforesd for Errors assigned on behalf of our Sovereigne
Lord King George that now is (and Suggests that our late Sovereign Lady
Queen of Glorious memory is deceasd) As alsoe the aforesaid Danl Mitchell
and Grace Phillips Admrs as aforesaid by Thomas Bordley their Attorney
likewise And the said Thomas Macnemara saith that neither in the Record
