Judgment aforesaid it is in any thing Erred and prays the Court of our Lady
the Queen here will proceed to Examination of the Record and process afore-
said as the matters above for Errors Assigned. W Bladen Attorney Genll who
etc. And the aforesaid Thomas Mackemara in his proper person Likewise.
And Now here at this day to witt the Twelfth day of May Anno Dmi
1713 being the same day and Year last mentioned (the Honoble William
Holland. Esqr being withdrawne from the Board) and all and Singular the
premises being by the Court here fully understood
It is therefore Considered the day and Year aforesaid that the Judg-
ment of the Provinciall Court aforesaid for the Error aforesaid by the said
Thomas Macnemara Assigned be reverst Annulled and altogeather held for
naught [242] And that the said Thomas Macnemara be restored to all things
which he hath lost by occasion of the Judgment aforesaid And that he be
discharged from any further prosecution of and upon the premises etc.
The Court Adjourns to the Last Tuesday in October next being the 27th
day of the said Moneth.
