ministratrix as aforesaid and the matter therein containd are not sufficient
in Law And for that the same Scire facias is insufficient incertain and Wants
forme.

7^thly And also in that Execution upon that Scire facias is Awarded
against the said Magdalen Administratrix of the said James the heir of the
said John for the debt and costs and Additionall Costs Acrueing upon that
Scire fac^s to be Leavyd of the goods etc. of the said James.

And thereupon the said Jacob and Magdalen pray the Writt of the Lady
the Queen to warn the said Hugh Hall Adm^r as aforesaid to be before the
Hono^ble President and Councill Aforesaid to hear the Errors upon the Rec-
ord and Process aforesaid

And Now here at this day to witt the Fourth day of November in the
Eleaventh Year of her Majestys Reigne etc. Annoque Dmi Seaventeen hun-
dred and Twelve came as well the said Jacob Lookerman and Magdelen his
Wife Administratrix of the said James Edmondson deceas'd the Son and heir
of the aforesaid John Edmondson his father likewise deceas'd by their Attor-
ney aforesaid as the aforesaid Hugh Hall Administrator etc. of Hugh Hall
by his said Attorney And the Record and process aforesaid togeather with
the rendring of Judgment [225] and the Errors Assigned thereupon by the
Court here being read and heard and mature deliberation had on all and
singuler the premises, It is thereupon considered by the Court here the day
and year aforesaid that the Judgment of the Provinciall Court aforesaid for
the Errors aforesaid and others in the record and Process and rendring of
Judgment aforesaid being be revoked Anulld and altogeather held for none
and that the aforesaid Jacob Loockerman and Magdelen his wife Adm^rx of
James Edmondson deceas'd Son and heir of the aforesaid John Edmondson
to all which by occasion of the Judgment aforesaid they have lost be re-
stored etc.
