Exrx v The same Mr Attorney Genll humbly shews this HonoMe Court that
since the death of Mrs Ann Lynes Execuf* of Phillip Lynes Esqr deceas'd he
is become principaly interested in the said Estate so that his duty seems incon-
sistent with his Interest And therefore humbly prays this Honoble Court will
Assigne some other fitt person in this cause to defend the Errors which shall
be Assigned on the Judgt which is granted and Mr Thomas Bordley is by the
said Court hereupon Assigned accordingly

MARYLAND ss: Anne by the grace of God of great Brittain France and
Ireland Queen defender of the faith etc. To the Justices of our Provinciall
Court Greeting because in the Record and process and rendring of Judg-
ment in A plea of Trespass on the case lately before you in our said Court
depending between Alexander Frazer and Sarah his wife Plantiffs and John
Hyde defendant manifest error (as 'tis said) has hapned to the great damage
of the said John Hyde (as of his complaint wee have receiv'd) Wee being
willing that the Error (if any there be) should in due manner be corrected
and full and Speedy Justice done to each of the said party's in this behalf do
therefore Comand You that the record and process (if Judgment be rendred)
with all things relating to the same before the Honoble president and Coun-
cill of our said Province at their next meeting to hear Appeales and Writts
of Error at Annapolis the Seaventeenth day of July next under your hands
and Seales distinctly and openly you send that inspection being thereto had
Wee may cause to be done what of right and According to the laws and Cus-
toms of our Kingdom of Great Brittaine and this our Province ought [227]
to be done in the premises and have you there alsoe this Writt Wittness our
Self at the City of Annapolis aforesaid the Seaventeenth day of Aprill in the
