pence Sterling as ballance of the said Two hundred Forty two pounds Ster-
ling as of Six hundred Ninety two pounds of tobacco cost of suit against
Magdalen Edmondson to whom Administration of all and Singular the
goods and chatties rights and creditts of the said James Edmondson Son and
heir aforesaid who dyed intestate was in Legall manner Committed by our
Writt of Scire facias which was in our said Court before Phillip Hoskins
Esqr and Associated [194] Justices of our said Court mannifest Error as it
is said has hapned to the great damage of the said Magdalen Edmondson
Admri as Aforesaid and in retardation of the Administration aforesaid as
of her complaint wee have recieved And Wee being willing that the Error
if any there was should in due manner be corrected Comand you that if
Judgment thereof be rendred and Execution thereupon awarded then the
record and process aforesaid with all things touching the same to our presi-
dent of our Councill of Maryland and the same Councill sitting in A Court
to hear Appeals and Writts of Error at our City of Annapolis the Twenty
Sixth day of July next under Your seale you distinctly and openly send and
this Writt that having inspected the record and process aforesaid and the
Awarding execution as aforesaid they may cause to be done thereon for the
correction of the Error aforesaid what of right and According to the law
and Custome of our Realme of Great Brittain ought to be done Witness our
self at the City of Annapolis this fourteenth day of Aprill in the Nineth Year
of our Reigne etc. Annoque Dmi 1710

MARYLAND ss At A Provinciall Court of our Soveraign Lady" King
[sic] holden at Annapolis in Ann Arundell County the Seaventh day of
October in the Thirteenth Year of the reigne of his said Majty etc. Annoque
Domi 1701 before his Majestys Justices thereunto Assigned And there con-
tinued untill the Eighteenth day of the same month on which said Seaventh
day of October were
