v Domina Regina, Millers ExecrB v The Same, Lynes Execrs v The Same,
These three Causes are further referred; Blakes Admr8 agt Thos Wharton

[189] [MARYLAND ss.] Anne by the Grace of God of Great Brittain France
and Ireland Queen defender of the faith etc. To the Justices of our provinciall
Court Greeting because in the Record and process and rendring of Judg-
ment in an Action of trespass and Ejectment lately before you in our said
Court depending between William Coursey plantiff and Richard Bishop
deceasd in his life time defendant Mannifest Error as tis said has hapned
to the great damage of the said Willm Coursey as of his complaint Wee have
receivd (And We willing that the Errors if any there be) should in due man
ner be corrected And full and Speedy Justice done to each of the said party's
in this behalf We do therefore comand You that the Record and process of
the Judgment Aforesaid togeather with all things thereto relating before our
president and Councill of our said province At there next meeting to hear
appeals and Writts of Error under your hands and Seals distinctly and openly
You send that inspection being thereto had Wee may Cause to be done what
according to right and the laws and Customs of Great Brittain and this our
province ought to be done in the premises And have You there this writt
Witness our self at the City of Annapolis the fifth day of Novembr in the
Eighth yeare of our reigne etc. Annoque Dmi 1709.

In the Records and Proceedings of her Majestys Provinciall Court
among other things is thus containd as follows Vizt

At A Provinciall Court held at the port of Annapolis in the County of
Ann Arundell the 13'" day of August in the Seaventh Yeare of the reigne
of their Majestys reigne King William and Queen Mary Annoque Domino
1695 before their Majestys Justices thereunto Authorizd and appointed Vizt
