MARYLAND COURT OF APPEALS

pence half penny Sterling part of the said Summe of Two hundred Fifty
three pounds One Shilling and and [sic] three pence Sterling the said Wil-
liam Macklure his promise and Assumpcon aforesaid little reguarding but
minding and fraudulently intending him the said Willm Round in this be-
halfe craftily and Subtilly to deceive and defraud [he] the said Wm Mack-
lure the Sume of Two hundred and twelve pounds Sterling N incline shill-
ings and half penny residue of the said Summe of Two hundred Fifty three
pounds One shill and three pence sterling altho Afterwards to witt the day
Year and place aforesaid was thereunto requested hath not paid but the
same to pay hath refused and Still doth refuse Whereupon the said Wm
Round saith he is damnified and hath loss to the Vallue of Four hundred and
twenty four pounds Sterling And thereupon he brings this Suite etc.
