13  FREDERICK Lord BALTIMORE.
CHAP.
   III.
and 6 lb Shot or Lead, at any one Time; and not those, or lesser Quantities, oftener
than once in 6 Months, on Penalty of 5 l. Current Money for every Pound of Gunpowder, and
for every 6 lb of Shot, or Lead, sold, or given to any Indian, contrary to this Act, to the Informer
or Persons suing for the same.  (4.)  All Sheriffs, &c. to be aiding in the Execution of
this Act.  (5.)  To continue till the 1st November 1764; but in case of a Peace with the Indians,
then to the Conclusion of the said Peace, and no longer.

Nov. 1763.
An ACT continuing an Act, entitled, An Act for relieving the Inhabitants
    of this Province from some Aggrievances in the Prosecution of Suits at Law;
    and for Continuing the Supplementary Act thereto.  Lib. H.S.  fol. 434.
    1714, ch. IV.    1728, ch. XXIV.  Both which are hereby continued, &c.  for and during
the Term of Three Years, and unto the End of the next Session of Assembly which
shall happen after the Expiration of the said Three Years.

Ditto. An ACT continuing an Act, entitled, An Act for increasing the Allowance
    of Grand and Petit Jurors who shall attend the Provincial Court; to limit Costs
    with respect to Witnesses, and granting them an Allowance for itinerant Charges.

made Perpetual.

WHEREAS, an Act of Assembly was made, at a Session of Assembly
begun and held at the City of Annapolis, on the Second Day of
October, in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Fifty-three, entitled, A Supplementary Act to the Act, entitled, An Act
for the Relief of Creditors in England against Bankrupts, who have Imported Goods
into this Province, not accounted for, hath since, by Experience, appeared to be
a good and wholsome Law, and very beneficial to the People of this Province:

    II.  Be it Enacted, by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary, by and 
with the Advice and Consent of his Lordship's Governor, and the Upper and Lower
Houses of Assembly, and the Authority of the same, That the same Act shall be
Perpetual. and is hereby continued, to be and remain in full Force for Ever.

Nov. 1763.
An ACT continuing an Act, entitled, An Act for preventing Indians, disaffected
    to the British Interest in America, from coming into this Province as
    Spies, or on any other evil Design.  Lib. H.S.  fol. 436.
    1756, ch. XIII.  Hereby continued, &c. for and during the Term of Three Years, and
unto the End of the next Session of Assembly which shall happen after the Expiration of the
said Three Years.
