The Council met.

The Hon'ble. John Kilty, John Davidson and Rand. B. Latimer Esquires

[p. 168] Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Stephen Clark four pounds,
nine Shillings and nine pence due him on two Accounts for Stationary supplied the General
Assembly and public Offices, passed by the Auditor.

The Hon'ble. James Brice Esquire attended.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Randolph B. Latimer Esquires

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Jones Esqr. Fifty pounds for
a quarter's Salary due him as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals, this day.

That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esqr. Fifty pounds for a quarter's Salary
as a Member of the Council due him this Day.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Davidson Esqr. Fifty pounds for one quarter's
Salary as a Member of the Council due this Day.

That the said Treasurer pay to Randolph B. Latimer Esqr. Fifty pounds for one
quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council due this Day.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. John Hoskins Stone Forty two pounds, three
shillings and nine pence for three Months half pay due him this Day.

The the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green ninety three pounds, fifteen shillings for a
quarter's Salary as Printer to this State due him this Day. [p. 169]

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robert Denny Fifty pounds for one
quarter's Salary as Auditor Due the 1st. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Anthony Fox, Administrator of John Beach late a
Drum Major in the 4th. Maryland Regiment, Thirteen pounds, fifteen shillings for his pay
from the 1st. August to the thirty first of December 1780 per Certificate of Auditor.
