George Martin was appointed Surveyor of Caroline County in the room of Thomas
Barrow, deceased, and Commission issued accordingly.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Ordered that the western Shore Treasurer pay to Colo. Francis Deakins two hundred
pounds Current Money allowed him by the General Assembly in Novem'r. 1788 by the Act
to dispose of the reserved lands westward of Fort Cumberland &ca.
