The Petition of Samuel Bayles of Harford County praying the Remission of a forfeited
Recognizance of five pounds for Matthew Concklin's appearance, was read and rejected.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Thursday 10th. December 1789

The Council met.

Present his Excellency John Eager Howard Esquire

The Hon'ble. John Kilty

James Brice

Rand B. Latimer Esquires

Ordered that the western Shore Treasurer pay to Benja. Rumsey Esquire Fifty pounds
for a quarter's Salary as one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals due the 1st. Novem'r. last.
The Hon'ble. John Davidson and William Hindman Esquires attended.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Friday nth. December 1789

William Hindman Esquires attended.

Saturday 12th. December 1789

The Council met.

Rand. B. Latimer Esquires

Ordered that the western Shore Treasurer pay [p. 125] to David Clark nineteen
pounds, two Shillings and ten pence for surveying and returning Plats and Certificates of
the property of the Principio Company as per account passed the Deputy Auditor.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning.

Monday 14th. December 1789

The Council met.

Ordered that the western Shore Treasurer pay to William Kilty Agent, two hundred
