The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning.

The Council met.

Ordered that the western Shore Treasurer pay to John Callahan Five pounds, nine Shil-
lings and ten pence per Account passed by the Deputy Aud[ito]r.

That the Said Treasurer pay to Randolph Brandt Latimer Three pounds, three Shillings
and six pence due him per Account passed by the Deputy Aud'r.

In Council October 10th. 1789

Major Daniel Powell Cox Collector for Talbot County having reduced his Ballance to
about three hundred pounds, Ordered that no Process issue against him or his Securities until
the tenth Day of November next.

By order

T. Johnson, Jr., Sec'y.

[p. 106] Ordered that the western Shore Treasurer pay to William Kilty Agent, one
hundred pounds to be by him accounted for out of his Commissions.
The Council adjourned till Monday Morning.
