deceased Seventy three pounds, eighteen shillings and eight pence specie agreeably to the "Act
to adjust the debts due from this State" due the 1st. July last per Account passed this day by the
Auditor P. T.

The Council adjourned till Monday morning.

Monday 31st. August 1789

The Council met.

Present the Honorable James Brice

John Davidson

William Hindman Esquires

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Hindman Esqr. Thirty seven
pounds, ten shillings for a quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council ending the 1st. instant,

J. Brice Presid't.

That the said Treasurer pay to James Williams Forty six pounds to be by him delivered
over to John Hooker due him for his assistance in Surveying the reserved lands to the westward
of Fort Cumberland as per Account passed by the Auditor P. T.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Tuesday 1st. September 1789

The Council met.
Present as on Yesterday.

In Council 1st. September 1789

Stephen Yoe of Queen Anns County formerly a private [p. 98] in the 2d. Mary-
land Regiment having given satisfactory proof to this Board that he is entitled to the support
by the Act entitled "An Act for the relief of disabled and maimed Officers, Soldiers, Marines
and Seamen" passed at October Session 1778: The Justices of the Orphans Court of Queen
Anns County are therefore directed to draw in favor of the said Stephen Yoe for such Pension
as is allowed by the said Act agreeably to law.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Hanson junior One hundred and
thirty four pounds, nine shillings due him per Account passed by the Auditor Pro. T.

J. Brice Presid't.
The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.
